ATTENTION: Some of our customers have reported receiving telephone calls with a blocked caller-id requesting their debit card information for reason of a compromised card. These calls are fraudulent! Do not give out this information for any reason. We have channels at the bank that let us know when a card is compromised and our procedure is to immediately disable this card and re-issue a new card. We may call to notify you of the incident, but we will not ask for any personal or card information and we never use a blocked caller-id. Always be wary of any calls requesting card information, social security numbers, date of birth, account numbers or any other personal information. If you suspect fraudulent activity, hang up the phone immediately and call the bank directly. |
